The Distance Selling Regulations were replace by The Consumer Contracts Regulations June 13th. 2014. The regulations
apply to items bought online, at a distance, or away from a trader's premises.
The most relevant aspect of this change is the extension of the order cancellation period from 7 days to 14 days.
Customers buying goods from this website may cancel their order within 14 days of placing the order or within 14
days following the day on which goods were received (whichever is the longer).
Cancellation should be in writing and delivered by fax or by post but, at our discretion, phone or email notification
cancellation may be accepted - we suggest you try this first. However, by law we must provide a downloadable form
to request cancellation and this is here - Order Cancellation / Returns Form.
Customers will receive a full refund for cancelled goods, including the original delivery charges within 14 days
of receipt of their cancellation notification.
Customers may be required to pay the return cost of goods unless the goods delivered were not fit for sale or not
the goods ordered, in which case the supplier will bear the return cost.
Following order cancellation customers must, by law, take reasonable care of goods in their possession prior to return
Note: Face to face sales, where goods may be inspected prior to purchase, are subject to our full terms and conditions
of supply which have different terms for order cancellation and return of goods.
